4 Reasons you should hire a cleaner!

Those with cleaners are often perceived as lazy, disorganised and weak, but we say having a cleaner is for the strong-willed and for those who admit they need the help.

We’re all guilty thinking we can conquer the world and we can do everything; from managing our homes to looking after children and doing the weekly shop. But in reality, it’s very different. Take a moment to kick your shoes off, settle down with a cup of strongly brewed tea and assess what needs doing. Often, the first thing that comes to mind is the current state of the house and what needs cleaning and attending to. There never seems to be enough hours in the day and it’s about time, we put it to bed that having a cleaner is not a bad thing! There is nothing wrong with hiring a cleaner.

With little hours in the day for ‘me’ time, it’s almost impossible to be wonder women and men, so here are those all important reasons why you should remain firm in your decision to hire a cleaner and the reasons why you shouldn’t feel guilty either!

Cleaners tend to know more than you

A large majority of us claim to be obsessed with cleaning, but how much do we really know when it comes to cleaning a house inside and out. When confronted at the supermarket with endless varieties of toilet bleach and window cleaners, it can be daunting to decide which product will do the job to the highest quality. Often qualified cleaners have the information we wish to know. They know exactly what products should be used for cleaning out the drum of your washing machine or removing tough stains off a pair of jeans. So leave it to the professionals.

Family time

Whether you have young or older children, a husband or wife, leaving enough time to spend with the family is one of the most difficult aspects of a working life. In between the cooking, cleaning, sewing and chaperoning your children to and from play dates, there is never enough time to spend quality time with the family. If you hire a cleaner, you can dedicate a particular day to your family. If your cleaner is booked to come in all day Saturday, you can make the most of the time with your family and make a day of it. Even if it’s a few hours out of the house, time with the family can make a whole lot of a difference.

You are giving someone a job

At the end of the day, without beating around the bush, you are providing someone with a much-needed job. Being a cleaner can be one way for people to make a living. Not to mention, it is a flexible job that can help parents, the retired or young people earn a little bit extra money, without having to do a 9-5 job. If you treat your cleaner well and pay them fairly, you will be well-respected and word of mouth travels fast.

Busy career

Having a busy career that eats up the majority of your daylight hours is difficult to balance. In this day and age, women have become a lot more motivated at work and having goals and working hard is a fantastic attribute to have. However, a busy career leaves little time for household work and the minute you arrive back home, you realise how much there is to do, with little time to complete it in. Don’t fret, as with a cleaner you can provide a list of important tasks to do which you don’t get enough time to do, whilst you’re out and about conquering the world of business!
